I usually make a point to go to one Texans game each season since that's about all I can afford (thanks Mr. Mcnair). We usually stay at the Crowne Plaza Med. Center down the street and just walk to the stadium. It's a fairly easy walk, you figure you're walking the same amount from one of the far away parking lots anyway.
We bought tickets for 129, row W for the Buffalo Bills game last season. All of the seats have really weird seat numbers, they're all three digits like seat 345 or seat 269. Our seats were as comfortable as one would expect, just regular plastic stadium seats. Couldn't complain with row W although when I had to use the restroom, every single fan in our row had to stand up. I waited until a play was being reviewed. Those always take forever. We were seated on the same side of the field as the Bills sideline. Tickets behind the Texans sideline cost a little more. The jumbo trons are in the end zones and the screens are absolutely monstrous now that they've updated them. They're bigger than what the Dallas Cowboys have in their stadium, only thing is, it cost Houston taxpayers $16 Million.

There were a number of Bills fans in our section but none of them were given a hard time for sporting their team's colors. Texans fans are pretty nonchalant towards visiting fans which is how it should be. You go to New York or Philly and fans are downright mean to visiting fans.
There were lots of great food kiosks outside of our section. Bum's Smokehouse and Tejas Nachos had the longest lines. There was also a small carvery station that had a variety of different meats. Everything is expensive. No such thing as cheap Texans tickets or cheap food which may be why attendance is down and tailgating is so popular.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 129, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Texans/Jacksonville Jaguars game at Reliant Stadium.
