610 had a great sideline view from the 25/30 although there wasn't much room for my knees. Steps were steep but not mountainous, plenty of railing leading up to each row. Fans were easy going although there were quiet a bit of heavy drinkers around us. They call the 600s the "Gridiron Level" for no particular reason. Just a fancy name for nosebleeds.
With the addition of the two new jumbo trons (thanks taxpayers!) no seat on the Gridiron level is bad anymore. I will add that the seats closest to the 50 yard line on any level are going to be the most expensive on that level with the central view of the field you get. You should expect to pay at least $70 per ticket for section 610 or similar. So if it's a bargain that you're looking for, the end zone seats are your best bet.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 610, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Texans/Cincinnati Bengals game at Reliant Stadium.
