Our seats in section 122 where pretty close to the field and cost less than $100. We were about 30 rows up so we had super quick access to the restrooms and concessions but could still see the field just fine.
We were smart enough to eat in greektown before we came so all we ended up buying were an $8 smoothie and a $25 Lions tee. The Lions team store is very elaborate and has everything you could possibly want all in one place!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 122, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Lions/St. Louis Rams game at Ford Field.

Have sat in these seats numerous times for Lions games in the past, most recently for a game vs. the Vikings. This section is wonderful, you will be on the sideline-endzone with a first hand view when a touchdown is scored. There was plenty of space between each seat so you'll never ever feel crammed up and uncomfortable here. Each seat has a holder for your drink. The seats are well taken care of and new. Only downside is not being able to see the numbers on the grass so well to know where the ball is placed so you'll likely have to refer to the scoreboard a lot. There are scoreboards in both end zones and they both are identical and have crystal clear presentation.

Tickets were somewhat expensive for section 122 and it's neighboring sections ($90 per seat), but even though the Lions are usually terrible, this stadium stays packed and always has a fun buzz and atmosphere during the game so it becomes worth the steep price. Lions fans are very loyal to their team.
I love this stadium. Feels so good to escape the Detroit winters and come in to watch my Lions play football without having to be bundled up with three pairs of gloves on outdoors.
