My seats for 123 were in row 10 which to my surprise was the third row in the section. The seats are elevated perfectly for a head on view of the action but the field goal posts will obstruct a little bit of your view depending on which seat you have but not much.

This is a very small section with less than 20 rows so you're going to have a great seat no matter what seat you go with. I have seen some end zone sections in other NFL stadiums with 40+ rows and a ton of stairs to climb. Plus not many NFL stadiums place their lower level seats so close to the field like the Cowboys have done.
