Ideal seats for the visiting fans that want to sit behind their team's sideline but EVERYONE will love these seats. Let it be known that I'm a Browns fan through and through by the way.
These seats were fairly comfortable but nothing like the comfort I'd found in the club seats. Those seats are like what you would sit in at home! All of the seats in the stadium are colored Orange. The Dawg Pound is obviously the area of seats that get the most press but only because the fans don't know how to act out there. I've seen so many fights out there. If you're a fan of the Steelers, Ravens or Bengals, you should be pretty safe in 109 as far as getting razzed on by Browns fans since everyone is kind of affluent in this section.

The view is excellent from every seat here, I got that sense walking down from the concessions with my food. The ushers are super tight about who gets in so I wouldn't get any ideas if your tickets are in the nosebleeds.
Getting to the stadium is very easy, I just wish it was more centrally located downtown next to Progressive Field. Being next to the Lake makes the temperature that much colder and when the wind breezes through, I hope you've got plenty of layers on.
And in case you're curious, the Browns offer a stadium tour three days a week for only $10 for adults. Take advantage if you're a Browns fan that lives outside of Cleveland and are in town early for the game.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 109, here is a Youtube video shot from row 7 during a Browns/Jacksonville Jaguars game at FirstEnergy Stadium.
