Sat in row 8 which offered a serviceable view of the game. I enjoyed being able to sit there and relax while watching and not having to stand up the entire time like you do when you sit on the lower level or in the "Dawg Pound". Nothing distinguishable about these seats, they're cheap, colored orange, a little cramped and near the far upper corner of the field. The stair climbing is a real pain, especially if you took the ramp to get up there (look for the escalators).
There wind can also be rather strong up there so dress warm. (Hey! It's Cleveland!).
There is a ton to do in the nearby area. If you live in Cleveland, I would always suggest taking the RTA to the 3rd street station stop and just walking to the stadium. This way, you can consume as many beers as you want without worrying about driving back home.

There is no alcohol allowed in the sections to the right of these seats so sip on your beer and wave to the neighboring fans, you know...rub it in their face a little.
The selection of concession stands wasn't too great on this side of the stadium, FYI. If you're not tailgating, I would suggest eating at maybe John Q's Steakhouse, Panini's or Bob Golic's (brother of Mike Golic). Most of those are in the Warehouse District area and along 6th street.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 540, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Browns game at FirstEnergy Stadium.
