I'll start off by giving First Energy Stadium 3 out of 4 stars. Minus 1 star because the team that plays in it stinks.
Section 515 got 2 out of 4 stars. This section was far from everything, which left us and other fans more caught up in conversation than paying attention to actually what was going on down on the field. The video board does a mediocore job at best.
I would stray away from this section if you're afraid of heights because the steps are designed at a sharp incline. The railing made things easier but we put off walking around at halftime because the travels took so long walking up and down the steps. (We were in row 29 near the top). You'll find some of the cheapest tickets in the building in this area so if you just want admittance, 515 is a good place to sit without breaking the bank. Stay as far away from rows 30+ as possible, just to be on the safe side.
By escalator is the safest way to travel to the 500s. The ramps take too long. The escalators are located outside of the Southwest and Northeast Gates. There are four entry gates in each corner of the stadium.
Parking required some planning. If you arrive early enough to park at the Canal basin a few blocks from the stadium, it's only $5 and tailgating is allowed. Spaces are limited though. Dock 32 is also a good lot. The Muni lot has the biggest tailgating crowd.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 515, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Browns game at FirstEnergy Stadium.
