To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 347, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Browns/Cincinnati Bengals game at FirstEnergy Stadium.

Section 347 was in the exact middle section in the mezzanine end zone. Those are the second level seats in the west end zone. They offer the same view as the 'Dawg Pound' but are individual seats rather than bleachers so you're going to be much more comfortable there.
Tickets are generally very affordable even for Ravens and Steelers games at less than $80 a ticket depending on which row you get.

Keep in mind that you'll be exactly behind the field goal posts so you may want to opt for the sections on either side of 347 if you think it will be a problem which I don't think it will be.
