Sat here on 9/25/2012 against the 49ers. The entire upper deck was nearly empty. I think this was when Bengals fans were trying to make a statement to Paul Brown that they didn't like how the offseason went, especially with the whole Carson Palmer incident. Bengals fans have suffered thru a lot.

With practically no fan atmosphere, we sat in the first row and was able to enjoy the game with no obstructions and practically no fan movement. It didn't feel like an NFL game; it was very tame and dull. The upper level seats in 346 and the surrounding sections are comfortable but not nearly as comfortable as the club seating. There is an adequate amount of leg room though but the seats are lacking on the elbow room.

I think the worst part of sitting on the upper level is getting there via the ramps in the concourses but riding the escalator to the top level is a lot of fun.
