Best seats you could have on the upper level of PBS. Almost on the 50, there is a video board in each end zone for you to follow. They're not the biggest but I've never had any trouble making out the replays. The seats have much more leg space on the upper level than the bottom level which I found to be odd. The stairs are still a steep climb for most though.
Getting to the upper level can be a little confusing since there are technically only two escalators and they only go up for a certain period of time. If you use them to reach your seats before the game, you almost always have to take the ramps down to exit the stadium because the escalators will be too packed with fans. The upper levels are not connected so you'll be on one side of the stadium or the other but you can freely travel wherever you want in this stadium except for the club seats on the 2nd level. If you want to try to sneak into better seats in the 100s, have at it. I've done it before many times.

Outside of section 309 is a ton of concession stands. La Rosa's and Gold Star are two of the more popular stands since they have restaurants all over the Cincinnati area. The food is expensive though so I try to get good and full at the tailgates before walking into the stadium.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 311, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Bengals/New Orleans Saints game at Paul Brown Stadium.
