Had a comfortable view of all of the action from here, was glad we weren't directly behind the field goal because that would have been bad news. Row 3 or 4 was our row so we didn't have much of a climb up those steep steps. We felt fairly protected from the wind gusts by being in the far corner of the third level even though in actuality, we may have not been. Had a lot of shade from the sun too mainly due to the overhang of the jumbo tron above us. The seats are comfortable enough for 3-4 hours of football but were far from luxury. Whatever you bring into the stadium (not allowed much anymore) will be able to fit underneath your seats, no problems.
I loved the old colonnade and pillars outside of the stadium. Easy to see that the exterior and interior are vastly different from each other.
I've been to a few Bears games but I'm starting to become a believer that the best stadium to watch NFL games in is my basement with my 60 inch HDtv. The whole process is just overwhelming, spending money, getting to the stadium, riding the CTA. I'm over it all but I still love my Bears.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 355, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Bears/Green Bay Packers game at Soldier Field.
