Went to the Browns game earlier this season for the Home Opener. Great atmosphere. Opening day tickets are always pricey so I sat where I could afford. My wife and son were also with me. The unfortunate thing about this stadium is that there are no escalators servicing the upper level. The escalators only service the club ticket holders. So to get to section 516 the easiest, you will want to enter Gate B and turn right and take the ramp to the upper level. You can also take the ramp next to Gate C but there are usually more fans taking that ramp so it's more congested. Just something I've noticed.
The view from section 516 is good but I wouldn't call it great. You can see the West end zone much better from up top than from the 100 level seat. You should still have no trouble at least being able to read the number on each player's jersey but good luck making out names. They've enhanced the jumbo trons in each end zone a little bit but you can only see one jumbo tron from these seats, wayyy in the West endzone. I don't find them to be very big. They're really long but not very tall.
I've sat all over this stadium and some seats are better than others but the entire stadium is so spread out that you'll like the view from most of the seats. Fellow Ravens fans are what really makes attending these games a blast.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 516, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Ravens/Detroit Lions game at M&T Bank Stadium.
