To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 308, here is a Youtube video shot from row H (seat 15) during a Thunder/Dallas Mavericks game at Chesapeake Energy Arena.

If you want "Loft" seats at the Chesapeake, go for these seats. They're mid court and will give you a superior sight line to any other section on the upper level.
Great view of the jumbo screen and close proximity to the concourse area. Section 323 will also offer the same view and amenities.
