To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 118, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Timberwolves/Houston Rockets game at the Target Center.

Sat in row G, the second row for the Timberwolves - Hornets game last season. Love coming to games although the crowd doesn't always seem to be as into the games as they should be. I didn't like how far our seats sat from the court but the seats were cheap; $60 for two seats. Best of all, there was practically no other fans in our row so getting in and out and hitting the concourse was simple. There are some stairs to climb but it's very minimal. The stair climbing in the upper level is horrific and is reason enough to avoid those seats.

The Wild and Vikings gets tons of more support than the Wolves so don't expect a similar fan environment but it's a cold weather city and those are cold weather sports.
The Target Center is getting old but it's still functional. I really hope they keep renovating the place instead of trying to build a new place. But it works for Wolves games and concerts, and of course it's connected to the rest of the city via the skyway, which is convenient during the winter months. Twin City winters are brutal on fans.
