Saw the Wolves play the Phoenix Suns but have seen my share of Wolves games from sections 211 and 231. They're excellent seats, and as good as you can do on the upper level. Rows were labeled A through X. Wouldn't say every seat is equally the same because it isn't. Rows A-E would be excellent and ideal for the average fan. My only gripe was that there were no cup holders for our beverages but there was plenty of room beneath our seats to store our belongings.

I know a lot of fans don't enjoy the thought of walking to a Minneapolis Arena during the winter months but there are plenty of skywalks downtown to keep fans out of the cold. The A, B and C parking lots are the main lots just in case you don't take the light rail to the game and those all have skywalks leading into the arena. Once inside, you will have a number of escalators leading up to the upper level. There are only two levels at the Target Center. Also make sure you check out the George Mikan statue on the property; not as cool as Michael Jordan "The Spirit" but it's pretty cool.

Our seats were exactly center court which in my opinion is the best view possible for the upper level at the Target Center. Even on the lower level, if you're eye sight isn't the best you may not be able to know which player is which because the basketball court is so small. So the upper level seats as it turns out, weren't all that bad. Following the basketball was extremely easy and the PA system is pretty clear and precise.

Even sitting center court is cheap here. If you eat at Hubert's or the Hard Rock Cafe on Hennipen, and also take the Hiawatha light rail to the game, you'll be able to avoid a lot of the costs of attending an NBA game.
