Section 15 is one of the few accessible sections for the handicapped. I saw the Lakers take on the Houston Rockets here last January and I sat in row 4, seats 4 and 5. We were close to the aisle so getting to the concourse area was simple. The lines are practically non existent on the Premier level but if you sit on the other two levels, just avoid heading to the restrooms and concessions when 90% of the arena is headed there.

There is a lot of socializing on the Premier level. Not a ton of fans in Lakers gear, they all seemed to be there just to be seen; I know Chicago Cubs games have a similar stigma.
The arena is brand new and shiny but no where near as big as what most people probably anticipate. It seems smaller than the Great Western Forum.

If you're visiting LA, there are a couple of nice hotels just outside of the arena and I know a lot of the visiting teams stay at those hotels during their stay; primarily the JW Marriott and the Ritz Carlton. Both are very expensive but you won't have to worry about parking and putting a limit on the number of drinks you consume. After seeing LA Live, you will definitely want to party it up because it just has that kind of atmosphere.

I almost forgot to mention that there is a waiter in all of the premier sections. If you choose to utilize them, make sure you have cash to tip them.
