I've had seats in section 116 for a couple of games. They're part of the exclusive club area which is super nice but what I really didn't like was all of the railing in our area. There are only rows of 4 seats and there are rails separating every four seats. If you've ever been to Fenway Park in Boston, it's just like that.
At the same time, I think a lot of fans will appreciate sitting in a smaller row with less fans around them.

The new scoreboard is huge, not as big as the one the Houston Rockets have but it's pretty big and you will get a nice up close view of it's beauty if you sit in 116.
The food options are another thing I like about the club level. "Score Amore" is the pizza concession up there and it can only be found on the club level - it's not far from the entrance to these seats. Lines were never long, just make sure you come prepared to spend a pretty penny on food and beer. Nothing about Pacers games are cheap, especially on the club level.
