I'm a Nuggets season ticket holder since they opened the Pepsi Center, and I've been disappointed by this arena since day one.
The actual size of the seats is a nightmare and especially in the winter when fans have multiple layers of clothing on, especially during the Avalanche game.
The sight lines from section 106 are awesome though. You can get pretty close to the visiting team's bench from these seats and the angle isn't the best but I doubt you will be disappointed.
After designing a visually stunning arena, the greed of the owners showed through when they started stuffing food hawkers, vendors and solicitors onto the concourses to the point of impeding the flow of traffic. It has reached the level of ridiculousness but somehow I keep coming back year after year.

106 is considered a corner loge section. We had two tickets for row 3, my son and I. Row 1 is the first row obviously, sometimes rows will start with row AA and then go to row 1 in some NBA arenas.
You're very close to the team's bench. There are 20 rows here and the closer the better.
Parking was very simple, this is a great venue for basketball and hockey and a great location as well. You will be very pleased as a fan.
