Keep in mind that all of the odd numbered sections in the 300s sit down in front closer to the second tier of seating. I was surprised to see how small section 353 was. There were only three rows total; 1-3.
These were my seats for Game 3 of the Lakers series last May. What a game! They were the only seats I could afford for that game but generally, the upper level seats are going to be around $10 PER ticket. Maybe even less on weeknights believe it or not.

If you don't mind sitting in the cheap seats and just want to get out of the house one night and see some NBA basketball, section 353 wouldn't be a terrible place to start looking for tickets.
