To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 360, here is a Youtube video shot from there at halftime of a Nuggets/Detroit Pistons game at the Pepsi Center.

I've sat on all three levels of the Pepsi Center, including one game in one of the suites with a buddy. I can tell you that each area will give you a completely different experience and degree of intimacy. The area that has no intimacy is the balcony level which is where you will find section 360.

The seats are very uncomfortable at the Pepsi Center. They are narrow to begin with, and they put in cupholders on the armrests which shrinks them even further. Even the Pepsi Center officials have concluded that a lot of the seats are narrower than the seats at the old McNichols arena, former home of the Nuggets. I guess lack of leg room is necessary to keep the upper levels from being miles away from the court.
With section 360's location behind the net, I had to rely on the crowd reaction many times because I couldn't see the ball go into the net. Three levels of seating puts fans way up there when there should only be two.

There are not enough bathrooms. I have this complaint about seemingly every NBA arena I set foot in.
The concourses also aren't wide enough. And the way the building is designed, there are basically just two main entrances, so it takes a while to get out after the game. I think the best place to park is at Elich Gardens and there is a walkway tunnel that you can take to the Pepsi Center during the winter months. It's just a bit of a walk.
