Sat here for the Houston Rockets game on January 5th of 2012. My girlfriend and I both attended the game together, both our first time at this arena even though we both live in Cleveland. Most of "The Q's" seating seemed to be focused on the lower level, so there really didn't seem to be a bad view anywhere in the building. 101 is kind of in the corner of the lower level but we had no trouble distinguishing one player from the other and the fans in our section were great!
There were cup holders at every seat and plenty of leg room. The aisles leading down to each row though were very narrow. You will likely have to dodge a bunch of other fans upon reaching your section. The staff was extremely friendly, the usher showed us to our seats before the game without us asking.

Quicken Loans is easily one of the most accessible arenas in the NBA. It's right in downtown Cleveland. You can either drive and pay for parking at the Gateway East Garage, find free off street parking or take the light rail system to Tower City. There are lots of covered walkways leading into the arena as well to keep fans out of the cold Cleveland winters during basketball season. The Warehouse and Gateway Districts are full of shopping, dining and bars. Progressive Field, home of the Cleveland Indians is also right next door to Quicken Loans Arena, so there is always a lot going on in this part of Cleveland. GO CAVS!

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 101, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cavaliers/Minnesota Timberwolves game at Quicken Loans Arena.

Been to a number of nba games and different arenas and corner sections are always the worst place to sit. You are usually separated from the rest of the floor. Sightlines are ok but I wouldn't want to sit here again.
