Had these seats for a Blue Jays/Anaheim Angels game back in 2011. Paid a little over $100 for two seats if I recall correctly. The 200s have by far the best location for viewing the game but personally, I prefer sitting down next to either dugout. 230 was nudged in between the Jays dugout and third base but on the 2nd level.
Between the three levels, each level will give you something different. 230 will appeal to every fan but you're going to pay top dollar for these seats in a sub par venue with a sub par baseball team. The crowds are always extremely quiet though I've seen this place erupt during Yankees and Red Sox games. At least they're trying to become competitive in the AL-East with the signing of all of these free agents.

Finally, I will acknowledge the fact that most Jays fans just don't seem to know the finer points of baseball much like most American hockey fans don't seem to know the finer points of the NHL. Come to the Rogers Centre and see it all for yourself and then make your own assessment.
