220 sits just above the dugout the visiting team uses so bring your camera to the game. Sneak it in the bottom of your wife's purse, no one knows what they might ban this week. If it has a strong zoom, you'll be able to get some great action photos of the player's from these seats.
The seats give you plenty of space for your feet and elbows. No cramped feeling! There are cup holders at each seat, really surprised there were no waiter to bring us our food. They may add that in the future, not sure.
The kids will love 'Captain' the Rangers mascot but he will only make rare appearances on the club level. I guess they anticipate the Lexus CLub to be more for businessmen and not so much for kids.
If you're going to take the tour of the ballpark, do so and ask to have Craig as your tour guide. He does an excellent job and was very knowledgeable about the place, of course, that's what he does. Tours are $15 for adults which from what I understand, is much higher than what the other ballparks charge.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 220, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Rangers game at Rangers Ballpark.
