432 is what it is. Sat there for a Houston Astros game, about ten rows up. Call it a nosebleed section but tickets are often $5 and I resort to these seats many times each year because I can see a lot of Cardinal games without breaking the bank. Especially for weeknight games. When it's jam packed with people, these seats can feel very uncomfortable, specifically when fans are in every aisle between pitches trying to get to their seats.
All of the walkways on the terrace level are open aired which allows a lot of breezes to come through and easier navigation amongst the thousands of other Cardinal fans.

Getting to this side of the ballpark can be confusing depending on which gate you enter. Gates 5 and 6 have no escalators at all. The best way to get to section 432 or one of it's neighbors would be to enter thru Gate 2 and take the escalator on the right up to the Terrace Level (top level). It's in the far right corner of the upper level. For day games, you'll have a beautiful view of the downtown buildings beyond the outfield. You can see a lot more up there than the fans sitting in the box seats can.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 432, here is a Youtube video shot from row 11, seat 11, during a Cardinals/Texas Rangers game at Busch Stadium.
