This is just one of those average seats down the first base side of the upper deck. Similar view of the field can be had in all ballparks I've been to. Nothing special but liked that they didn't make a mountain of rows in the upper deck so there wasn't a ton of stair climbing. There were 12 or 13 rows in all if I remember correctly. We were at least above the Cardinals dugout on the "home side".
First base side is the most ideal place to sit if you want to be able to see the St. Louis downtown skyline as well as the Gateway Arch which is less than a mile from Busch Stadium. I usually just scroll through Stubhub and find the best deals on the cheapest seats. 439 is the section I chose for that particular night (vs. the Phillies). Had a great time but wouldn't go out of my way to sit there again, in all honesty.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 439, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cardinals/Detroit Tigers game at Busch Stadium.
