Perhaps the best view of the ballpark from the upper deck can be found in this section. You're directly behind home plate on the top level. Tickets are generally in the $8-$14 range depending on the game but this is a great way to catch the Cardinals for cheap.

Rows are numbered 4 thru 11 so this is a very small section which is ideal to many people.
