To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 103, here is a Youtube video shot from row 10 (seat 7) during a Giants game at AT&T Park.

103 is a huge section down the right field foul line with 41 rows. Too many seats per row if you ask me, very annoying if you get an aisle seat.
The outfield itself is extremely far from home plate. If you can find seats close to the field and in your price range, go for these seats. Personally, I wouldn't spend more than $20 for a ticket in this section.
