Bought two tickets for row 12 off of Stubhub for a Phillies/Rockies matchup. It was a weeknight game so the atmosphere wasn't quiet as rowdy but the fans were loud when they needed to be. The Phillies ended up losing which really spoils the experience for the hardcore fans like myself.
My seats in 418 were "nosebleeders" but they were good nosebleed seats. The seats we had have an interesting angle that you won't see in most ballparks but it's an incredible line of sight. There is a good chance you'll be referring to the scoreboard a lot and 418 is in prime location to see it.
All of the seats are colored blue which I guess is fine considering the Phillies have a little of blue in their team colors. But I think they should color all of the seats red to give this place a little more of a home field advantage. There aren't many concessions to choose from outside of section 418 but Phanatic Phamily Phood Stand had some unique items. We usually just eat at Chickie's and Pete's before the game and take their shuttle over. Their crab fries are their main staple!

The problem with the old Vet stadium was that it was built for Eagles football, not Phillies baseball. As a result, the fans sitting on the upper deck always had a crappy view of the game. A lot has changed since then. The Phillies and Eagles both have new stadiums adjacent to each other and are both equally as good. Come check out the South Philly Sports Complex!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 418, here is a Youtube video shot from row 1 during a Phillies/San Francisco Giants game at Citizens Bank Park.
