Sat here for a Phillies game on May 23rd vs. the Washington Nationals. Great game! The Phillies ended up winning which is all I really ask for. I've sat all over the Terrace (300s) in the past and haven't really discovered a seat that I disliked.
There were 10 rows in section 331. I was in row 3, seat 7. Very comfortable setting, wasn't a ton of rowdy drunk fans around me. The stadium was sold out as it usually is so the atmosphere was electric when the team started racking up some runs. The rows in 331 will give off a cramped feeling that you won't find in the Hall of Fame club seats on the 2nd level. That area might be my favorite place to sit at Citizens Bank Park.

This place is light years better than the old Vet Stadium although I miss the charm of that place. At the old Vet, a fan thought twice about wearing his Mets jersey into it, especially on the upper deck. Here, not so much but those hecklers are still coming to games. I've seen more fights in this stadium than I have at Yankee Stadium (I live in Central Jersey).
I'll be sad to say goodbye to this aging lineup when they split up Utley, Howard, Rollins and Hamels. It's coming soon.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 331, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Phillies/Cincinnati Reds game at Citizens Bank Park.
