I've been to Citizens Bank Park a couple times and have enjoyed my visit each time. I was in 244 last year for one of the Red Sox games in May. They call this area the scoreboard porch for obvious reasons. Only thing is, you can't see the scoreboard from these seats. And there is only one scoreboard that plays video and replays. We also weren't able to see any parts of the Philadelphia skyline in the distance. There were 16 or 17 rows in all and we were near the top since the ballpark was at capacity that night. Take it from me, you want to sit as close to row 1 as possible on the scoreboard porch. Finding our seats was pretty simple. We just entered thru the Left Field gate and there are sets of stairs underneath the scoreboard.

This is a large ballpark floating in a swamp of concrete parking lots. A concrete jungle as many fans will call it. All three of Philly's stadiums are adjacent to each other. Try to plan your visit to see the Phillies around Eagles, Flyers and Sixers games.
CBP is very easy to access via the Broad street Subway or by car. Parking is $15 for the general parking. There is also a Holiday Inn on site so if you book a room there, you can avoid the parking hassles. The Sports Complex is no where near downtown which confuses me.

In comparison to other parks I've been to, this one is very large and doesn't feel as intimate as Camden Yards or PNC Park in Pittsburgh.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 244, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Phillies/Cincinnati Reds game at Citizens Bank Park.
