These are Pavilion seats and aren't part of the Hall of Fame Club. Still, almost just as exclusive and will have nearly the same view of the field from the same height. The railing in front of row 1 is very minimal and doesn't obstruct. The seats aren't padded; they're blue plastic seats that you'll find in every ballpark around the country. The rows aren't too badly congested but we had to stand when someone wanted out rather than just maneuvering our knees.

There is a really good concession stand near this section dubbed 'South Philadelphia Market'. They have a good black bean burger and will also always have the $1 hot dogs for the designated Dollar Dog days. You'll find these seats by going up the escalator as soon as you enter the 1st base gate.

The main ticket box office is near the First Place gate. You often won't be able to purchase tickets at the window. Well, seats that are worth a darn anyway so I would always look online before heading to the ballpark.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 207, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park.
