My sole visit to the Terrace Seats was last June for the first Phillies game. These seats offer only a slightly better view than the View Level seats which is still pretty good. I've never been bothered by the view level; I don't think there is a bad seat in the ballpark although I know that's a cliché thing to say. But there WERE bad seats at the Metrodome when the Twins played there, there were obstructions everywhere.
A lot of fans will enjoy seats here being that there are only four rows. All of the fans in the 300s are directly behind the 200s, though.

Target Field is one ballpark where you'll want to walk around and check out all of the sights and sounds. There is a lot to see but navigation is pretty simple. You'll never be too far from your actual seats, especially if you know you're way around the ballpark and how to find the ramps/escalators.
