Any seat in this section is going to be less than stellar. I'm an upper level dweller at Angels games, cheap tickets are much better than watching the game at home. But even in row A, the seats are packed tightly together with little room for your elbows and the seats face straight forward at the big scoreboard, so you have to look right the entire time to see home plate/third base. So it's by no means the best view and feels super far from the field. I wouldn't recommend these seats to the average Angels fan, especially considering how cheaply you can find the field box seats for some weeknight games.
When the Dodgers, Yankees or Red Sox are in town though, section 506 and it's neighbors will likely be where many fans will be headed because it's the only seats they can afford. We've all been there and can relate.

This place doesn't get a ton of love from ballpark enthusiasts but that's kind of the beauty of seeing all 30, is it not?
