My wife and I attended an Astros game with family friends that live in Houston. We were surprised at how empty the game was and were also surprised to see how well our seats were angled towards the infield. In many ballparks, you'll have to turn your body slightly to see the infield which becomes bothersome and uncomfortable.
We were in row 32 near the top of the section, could have moved down to better seats but liked not having anyone around us. If you sit near the field, you'll have a good little hike to reach the concourse. I would sit here again, had no complaints outside of having our back to the biggest jumbo screen in the ballpark. You'll have to sit behind home plate or on the third base side if you want to see it well.

I've been to about 10 ballparks in all, mostly all in the Northeast so I can compare a good bit of them. Minute Maid Park is big, clean and distinctively different than all of the others I've been to. There is one thing missing though; the fans. I realize the Astros roster looks like a triple-A team but you have to get to the ballpark and spend money if you want them to have money to spend. That's how the dynamic works in baseball.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 133, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an Astros game at Minute Maid Park.
