411 was on the steep upper View Deck. It's not some place fans are going to encounter anymore since attendance is so low; most fans just buy these seats and move down. In 2012, the Astros finished dead last in the division and in National League attendance; thus the nickname 'The Lastros'.
But I sat here a few seasons ago for a sold out Astros/Cardinals game. We had row 11 which was in the back half of the section. I hated the stair climbing even though there was plenty of railing. There also seems to be less room in the area for fans legs, so the rows were extremely narrow. At least we had drink holders.

Really the only thing going for these seats is the view. We were able to see every part of the field; both the infield and the outfield. The Terrace Deck seats (the 300s) are much much better.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 411, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an Astros/Texas Rangers game at Minute Maid Park.
