To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 338, here is a Youtube video shot from row 6, seat 17 during a Tigers/New York Yankees game at Comerica Park.

I've sat in row A in this section for a tigers-twins game and they were great seats aside from the railing in your view. Railing is neccessary, it just shouldn't be as tall as what it is. It does get annoying.
These seats will go anywhere from $15-$40 depending on the day and opponent. For day games, these are great seats although they're not shaded at all.
