This is a fun place to sit. I won't say that Progressive has the best sight lines I've experienced. Great American in Cincinnati and Comerica in Detroit in my mind are better ballparks when it comes to the viewing experience.
The view of the field, however, is excellent from 144. If you're a fan of the team playing the Indians that night, you'll especially like these seats since it's behind their dugout. The rows were wide enough to climb out of without asking all of our neighbors to stand up. I'm always afraid of being a nuisance. However, I'm from Boston and the etiquette of waiting until the inning is over to leave your seat is clearly ignored at Progressive Field. Fans don't care.

There were plenty of beer and food hawkers coming and going. Beers are just as pricey as the next ballpark. No sense in telling you the price because it will be more expensive next year. Just bring cash if you want to purchase items at your seats. The food Network stands were unique but I think I'll settle for my beers and bratwurst.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 144, here is a Youtube video shot from there following an Indians game at Progressive Field during a post game concert.
