Perfect seats; not sure why they haven't converted them into club seats. Section 253 is exactly behind home plate, just a little higher than the first level seats. I've sat behind home plate in my home ballpark (Wrigley Field) and you can judge the depth of the outfield much better in a section like this one. Also enjoyed not sitting with the masses for one game. I can get used to the small section areas for games although part of the experience is being amongst the hundreds of other fanatical baseball fans. I was very happy with our selection. What I loved is that there are seats somewhere that every fan can afford. Bleacher seats, upper deck seats, suites and club seats. Progressive Field has every fan covered.

I came here on a whim while on a business trip to Cleveland. It's a very pretty stadium with good seats everywhere and it was easy to get our tickets since the Indians have been in a four or five year slump.
It can get windy with the lake being so close by so check the forecast to see if you need to bring a jacket.

I almost forgot about the fans. The fans were great and it had the typical ballpark food like the footlong hot dogs and a variety of local beers. But if you enjoy visiting ballparks, Progressive Field should be one of the first on your list.
