The angle is a little weird looking down at the field from this section. There is a sharp turn in the ivy here and some fencing to keep fans from reaching over to interfere with home run balls. So it's extremely difficult to see the plays made at the warning track. If you're going to sit in this section, I would sit a little higher up and not in the first few rows. But the bleachers are general admission so you can sit where you want as long as you get to the ballpark early enough. The fans that get to the game late usually get stuck with the seats up next to the scoreboard and those steps are very steep.

The bleachers are an institution at Wrigley Field. You can line up out there a few hours before the game at Gate N on the corner of Waveland and Sheffield.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 303, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cubs/Houston Astros game at Wrigley Field.
