Had these seats during a playoff game when the Capitals played the Flyers. We were in the middle portion of the section, don't recall the exact row but they were all lettered, not numbered. And were in the middle of the row so it became a headache when we needed out to hit the concessions. Be sure to wait until the puck stops to leave your seat; it's hockey etiquette.

In terms of quality, section 430 is pretty poor compared to elsewhere in the arena. If you can get seats right behind the net on either level, I think you'll be pretty happy.
Tons to see and do around the Verizon Center, especially if you like Chinese culture.
