As long as you're in the first few rows of the upper levels, you will be fine in terms of enjoying your seats. The view is great in 402, the seats are comfortable but it's hard to get excited when you know it's upper level tickets you've got in your hand.
Finding your seats is extremely easy and the arena staff is sufficient. This is a great way to spend a winter evening. Go Caps!!!
