I've bought NFL tickets through SeatGeek before. They're not actually a ticket reseller, they're just a search engine but I found them especially useful when looking for how far my row was from the field. If you zoom into their maps really close, you can see a diagram of each section and row. Just type in the event you want to see on the front page and choose the night you plan to attend.

SeatGeek is really easy to use; their basically just an avenue of referral for other ticket companies. They usually list what Stubhub, Fan Xchange and Ticket City have listed on their websites. That way, you don't have to constantly search and compare ticket prices.
I've bought tickets for Major League Baseball games through them before and have never had any issues. I know they just acquired a similar website called 'FanSnap' so they're obviously growing and getting more popular.
