Upon reaching my seats in 110, I walked down to the first row and even from there, you can see over the ice a little; you're not eye level with the players. My seat was is in row 22 - ideal place to sit that way you're not turning your head as the puck advances down the ice.
There was plenty of space between each seat and each row. Whoever constructed the Air Canada Centre did an excellent job with the layout. And even though it's approaching 20 years in age, you would never be able to tell the upkeep is so strong here.

I don't think there is a better fan atmosphere than the one you will find in Toronto for Leafs games. Just be prepared to break the bank for tickets; hopefully Markham eventually get's a franchise and they will form an instant rivalry with the Leafs.
