I have a lot of love for Nassau simply because I am a long time Islanders fan that has been coming here since I was a kid. I don't think it's as bad as Islanders fans make it out to be but something needs to get planned because the Islander's lease with the Coliseum runs out in 2015.

I sat in 228 most recently for an Islanders-Flames game, row L which was near the top, second to last row in the section. I loved sitting so close to the concourse, I could leave to get a beer during an icing call and be back before the play had resumed.

Seats are affordable, nothing too outrageous although it depends on which team the Islanders are taking on that night. Park early and leave later, the parking can be a nightmare but this is a common problem among NHL arenas.
