Seats near the center line are about as good as it gets. They call 102 and it's surrounding sections the 'Prestige Center; tickets are marked at $210 per game face value. If you don't mind sitting behind the bench, you will love these seats. I will admit, sitting behind the bench, there is a lot of commotion and it interferes with your concentration on the game. You end up constantly watching what's going on in the bench area rather than watching the action on the ice. The double lettered rows are the closest to the glass but there are only a handful of double lettered rows.
La Cage aux Sports or 9-4-10 are your best in house dining options for before or during the game although their food prices will be just as hiked up as the concessions believe it or not.

One thing I love about Centre Bell is the red seats. With red being the team color, it adds a nice touch to the arena and makes it look more intimidating.
