216 is perfect for any Wild game, don't be discouraged by it's upper corner location. You'll still be able to see every where the puck ventures too and if you watch enough hockey, should still be able to distinguish one player from the upper. This place isn't that big, so I think every seat is a good seat but not a great seat. If you have tickets for rows 1-5, you're likely going to be walking down to your seats from the entrance tunnel leading to the concourse. Anything past row 5, if I recall correctly, and you'll be climbing stairs to your seats.
The Xcel Energy Center is easily one of the friendliest NHL arenas out there. The fans appreciate the little things such as friendly conversation and applauding for both players after finishing up a fight. Even if you root for the Red Wings, Dallas Stars, it doesn't matter, the fans will be respectful as long as you're also respectful.
