I would highly recommend eating before you come to the game that way you aren't spending a lot of money on the arena food. The Blue Sky Grill has excellent food but can be pricey. It pays tribute to a Wyoming ranch in the Rocky Mountains and is adjoined to the arena on the street level.

Finding our seats did take some effort. The club levels have their own private entrances but we were able to ask a member of the Pepsi Center staff and they knew exactly where to go. Sitting in the club seats is a little different. You won't find the true Avalanche faithful in those sections. More than likely, the seats that are filled will be filled with businessmen and their associates. The amenities are great but the atmosphere could have been better.

No steep stairs to climb though. Only a few seats here so some fans may actually see these seats as the only place they will ever sit again for an Avalanche game. You can always find club tickets on the secondary ticket market.
