My seats in 332 were for the Blackhawks-Capitals game on March 18th, 2012. We bought tickets for row 10 so we weren't too high up. Loved the seats, especially since it was looking directly down at the net. And thank goodness it was the Blackawks attack net.
The only thing that sucks about upper level seating is climbing up to your seat and getting that vertigo feeling. Once you sit down, you're fine. But even when you sit down, the seats are a little cramped so I would advise against the 300s if you're a heavyset person and maybe go for the club seats.

There are some great food options in the 300s, don't think the 100s get to have all of the fun. I know the top level is the only place in the building that you can get ice cream. Finding your seat isn't all that hard, there are eight escalators in the building total. And the concourses are extra wide for navigation. The only tip I could give is to use the bathroom before the intermission but wait until the puck stops.
