Section 425 was part of the 'upper terrace' which is really just a fancy way of saying nosebleed seats. Row F is technically the first row since rows A and B sit down in front y themselves. Unfortunately, you won't be able to find too many bargains for nosebleed seats in Anaheim, especially if the Kings or an original six team are in town. Try $7o per seat on most nights.
The upper level at the Honda Center is incredibly steep which I don't think necessarily improves a fan's line of sight. Almost any seat in the '400s' are worth passing on, I'm just not a fan of sitting up that high after only one game sitting there.
To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 425, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Ducks/San Jose Sharks game at the Honda Center.
