414 is on the main part of the terrace level. You'll be watching a good chunk of the game on the jumbo and it definitely needs an upgrade. Take it from me, watching Ducks games from the bottom level is a completely different experience but 414 is a good choice if you just want to check out a Ducks game without spending a whole lot of money.

Oggi's Pizza is on this side of the arena and it's worth your time and money, exit section 414 and take a left. If you don't feel like looking for parking at the Honda Center, take the MetroLink Orange to the Angel Stadium stop and then walk to the Honda Center across the road. It will save you time and money.
